Military Servicemember and Servicemember Spouse

The Rule and the application have both changed for admission as a Military Servicemember or a Servicemember Spouse. Please reach out by email to attorneyadmissions@courts.az.gov for more information on the requirements for admission and how to apply. 

Basic requirements include:

• Current Military Transfer Orders to Arizona
• Proof of Marriage (if a Servicemember Spouse)
• Covered License in another jurisdiction
• Signed & Notarized Affidavit (on a form we provide)
• Fingerprint Card
• Application Fee
